    Hi Cherylnn Brumbaugh

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you need to update your payment method to renew your subscription.

You can update your payment method to ensure the automatic renewal of your Microsoft 365 subscription. Here's how:

    1. Sign in to Your Microsoft Account:
      • Go to Microsoft Services & Subscriptions.
      • Log in with the account linked to your subscription.
    2. Locate Your Subscription:
      • Find your Microsoft 365 subscription under "Services & subscriptions."
    3. Update Payment Info:
      • Select Manage next to the subscription.
      • Under the payment method, click Change Payment Method or Edit Payment Method.
      • Enter your new card details and save the changes.
    4. Confirm Automatic Renewal:
      • Ensure that automatic renewal is enabled to avoid interruptions.

Let me know if you need help navigating these steps or if there are any issues!

    Best Regards,
