Im trying to edit a documenton Microsoft word Mobile app by using track changes but when i edit my documents doesn't show anything

If the above link still failed to resolve your issue, please tell me your account type. If it is a personal account like @gmail.com or a work account @tenant-name.com because the accurate account type decides the further resolutions for enabling Track Change.

As per the description, it seems like when you try to use the Track Change feature from Review tab in your Word app on mobile phone, it will make the app automatically close.

If my understanding is correct, I have tried to deploy the test for you on a Android phone where the Word app version is 1.0.1(16.0.18227.20088) and it seems like the Track Changes works fine. So may I know if you are having the same version?
