I can't spot a Visio Trial, because I have no access, but I get emails form Microsoft etc.

I booked a few days ago I Visio Trial version. In the process I had to open a Microsoft account and das the place something like a domain name. for east ever, No clue. The maaade a bank account CC check that work. The even send me a email, with the detail "Primary Tenant Id: 894afa5d-b8f2-43a7-8373-9abdcb81dcf8" and Domain: PegasusFly.onmicrosoft.com. in the Email is a button "Start you trial". When I click it, and use my used email adress it says that they dont recognise the email address and account. I have no clout how to contact the support of microsoft, because I have no account with them and are unable to chat with them. Maybe somebody form the support in the community reads this question and is able to help. Because I will not accept any charges on my cc, without try the software, an in this case I want to stop my trial so that no charges happens. Why is it so difficult for users to contact micorosft and solve a problem, even if there is no account access? Like the hide behind a big wall like in the past when you wanted to stop a newspaper subscription? So 80-90s, of the past century. And illegal today by law.

    And if you are using admin acccount, please also kindly refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    During the phone call, please answer some questions, to reach the support, better use some keywords like your account within business subscription. And you will need to provide the information you have received through your subscription, such as: Your company name, billing information, phone number, alternate email address, etc.

    Meanwhile, if you still need further help, please kindly share more details such as your type of account(business account within business subscription/outlook.com/hotmail.com/msn.com/live.com/imap account/pop account)
