Years ago, I purchased a Visio license to use at home for work projects. I tried to use my live.com account but MS would not let me associate the email to Visio. I used my .net email I have through GoDaddy. I get a monthly invoice from MS that I have been trying to cancel for years. Any link I try to use associated with it to cancel or view invoice takes me to my GoDaddy account which does not have any options to manage Visio since it wasn't purchased through them (they didn't even offer it at the time). All links I follow from Microsoft have been useless or directs me back to my GoDaddy management. I was on hold with a number I finally got from a website, GoDaddy provided to try, for almost an hour just to be disconnected as soon as someone came on. How do I cancel this? I've been paying $19 a month and haven't used it for over 4 years at least. Now that I'm retired, I trying to weed out things like this.

No good. I went to site, tried to log in with my domain account and as usual, it took me to my GoDaddy admin login. Thanks anyway. 😊

You may try the domain email address that Microsoft created for you when you signed up with the Visio subscription, (for example, user(at)contoso.onmicrosoft.com) using InPrivate/Incognito window with different browsers to directly access the link (https://admin.microsoft.com/) to login Microsoft 365 admin center to check this issue.
