Thank you for the reply, ReynaldoB.
I've followed all the steps, but I'm still facing the same issue.

I have a Vivo V25 Pro running Android 13, and I installed the Microsoft Defender app on both my laptop and mobile. However, the web protection on my Android device keeps getting disabled every time. Does anyone have an idea to prevent the web protection from getting disabled?

Thank you Reynaldo for your support in this case, even after reinstalling the application and restarting the device and I also tried factory resting the device, still I'm facing the same
Hello,
I have an android.
I found that certain accessibility apps and settings messed with my VPN as both technically use Accessibility in their operations.
If you have anything third part like a special keyboard or swipe gesturing rather than buttons (back buttons home button open apps, not keyboard swiping) such like I had after Samsung did away with their older (better) swipe gesturing. The VPN was either locked on or off with the "It seems that another application is preventing" text popping up on screen. There may be something there to check for you if another accessibility app periodically comes on.
If you think there may be a problematic app, go into "excluded apps" in MS Defender's VPN settings and add it there. It fixed my VPN problem.
Best of luck!
Thanks for the reply Reynaldo B. I've already given every permission and battery optimization is also disabled for the app and still I am facing the issue
