Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook on the web for business
Dear Daisy Valencia,
Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the Community.
I understand that you have caused a lot of inconvenience when using contacts in Outlook due to honorifics. I am very willing to help you.
May I ask what version of Outlook are you using? If it is on a webpage, are you using outlook.live.com or outlook.office365.com?
Are you using a personal account or a corporate account? Have you subscribed to and used enterprise products?
Firstly, regarding honorifics, this feature is not provided in Outlook as far as I know. Therefore, can you provide detailed screenshot information?
Secondly, regarding your desire to delete honorifics displayed in contacts, you can try editing the .csv file by replacing the values of the honorifics and then re importing them into Outlook to see the effect. This should save you time deleting and re adding contacts due to honorifics issues. About edit and report information you can Reference: Create or edit .csv files to import into Outlook - Microsoft Support
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and patience in this matter.
Best Regards,
