    Hi Blake

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself no one here is a Microsoft employee.

There are a couple of methods you can try to retrieve your data:

Import the OLM file into a new Outlook profile

Create a new Outlook profile: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add. Give the new profile a name and click "OK."

Import OLM file: Open Outlook using the newly created profile. Go to File > Import/Export > Import from another file or program > Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next.

Locate OLM file: Browse to the location of your OLM file and select it. Click "Next" and then "Finish."

Convert OLM file to PST using a third-party tool

There are several third-party tools available that can convert OLM files to PST format. Some popular options include (spam links removed by Moderator).

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas
