Hello,

This is my new account I created this recently because I struggled to access. I tried to get in without two-factor verification. My phone wasn't activated anymore.

I tried to sign in to renewal due today but not. Please updated this. Look forward to hearing from you asap. I would be happy to verified this account.

Regards,

I can see how this would be difficult. Have you tried to go through the process of recovering the account online? what are the issues you got along the way?

    Hi Leonid,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Furkaan, a user just like you. I’d be happy to help you with your concerns. I understand you're having trouble accessing your Azure grant due to a two-factor verification issue with your old phone number. Here's how we can resolve this:

    Renewing the Azure Grant:

Unfortunately, Microsoft changed their Azure grant program in October 2023. The current grant is a one-time $2,000 credit, not an annual renewal. You can find details about the program here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/nonprofits/azure

    Accessing Your Account:

Since you created a new account, you won't be able to access the grant renewal on your old account. However, you can verify your new account and apply for a new Azure grant if you're eligible (e.g., a non-profit organisation).

    Verifying Your New Account:

Contact Microsoft support for assistance verifying your new account. Explain the situation with your old phone number and inability to access two-factor verification. They should be able to guide you through the verification process for your new account. Here are some helpful resources:

Renew an Azure nonprofit grant (Microsoft Learn): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/nonprofit/renew Microsoft Support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Give back to the Community. Help the next person who has this issue by indicating if this reply solved your problem. Click Yes or No below. Best Regards, Furkaan
