Microsoft Teams - Close & Minimize Popups Stuck

After I close or minimize Microsoft Teams the little popup message, or hover over message for "Close" and "Minimize" is stuck on the desktop. I moved my chat window all over the screen and even onto my second monitor and no matter what, once I close or minimize the chat window the popup remains. I have Teams running all the time so shutting it down is not an option, this forces me to have a close or minimize popup on the desktop all day and it floats to top above all other screens/windows/tabs I have open!!!! I have uninstalled/re-installed Teams and tried everything else I can think of. Please assist, thanks!

Here are my specs

Corsair One PC

Windows 10 Home - 64 bit

Intel Core i7

16gb RAM

Happening to me too. It's only when you minimize or close with the mouse. Using ALT-F4, ALT-SPACE-N, or ALT-SPACE-C doesn't reproduce the problem.

Happening on version 1.0.00.16451 (64-bit), Last updated 6/20/2017.
