[Escalation Request] No technical feedback after OneDrive+Outlook data loss (Case 7078865988, 25+ days silent)
Hello Forum,
I am requesting urgent attention to a stalled support case involving a major data loss across OneDrive and Outlook.
- Case ID: 7078865988
Incident: Deletion of 18GB OneDrive files + all Outlook emails since April 2024
Upgrade to M365: June 17 (within 30-day window after May 22 warning)
Despite multiple emails and escalation requests, I have received:
No logs
No explanation
No named escalation owner
No recovery options explored
I have also noticed:
Deleted Outlook emails likely contained deletion warnings, making it impossible for me to verify timelines;
Only 9 OneDrive files remain โ this is not consistent with typical over-quota deletion logic;
I never received any Outlook purge warning.
I sincerely ask Microsoft support managers here: ๐น Can we get real updates from the escalation team? ๐น Can community moderators elevate issues when no progress is made? ๐น Is there any engineering-level review happening behind the scenes?
This is a matter of irreplaceable personal history, and Microsoft has left me without any technical response for over 3 weeks.
Sincerely, Chen LIUHello Forum,
