Can someone help me actually unlock my account?

Hello,

I was logged out of my main account for over a month now. I've had to make this account to try to get my other one back.

I tried to reset my password with two factor but it kept saying 'Try another verification method. That verification method isn't workng right now. Please try another method.'

I then would try the other method that was suggested which was account recovery. After inputing all the information. I would get an email saying that Microsoft were simply going to ignore this as I had two step verification.

The issue now is, I can't use the two step verification as it sends me to recovery instead. Recovery then gets ignored and tells me to use two step verification. I wish to have my account unblocked so I can access everything I need.

I have had this email for almost 20 years now and this is incredibly dissappointing. It also so difficult to contact any kind of support at Microsoft. Having to make a whole new account just to post this. No email, no chat, nothing.

I already posted and someone responded trying to help but they clearly did not read my question as they started suggesting I use two factor verification which as stated, I already tried and your system is not yutilising correctly!

Your company not being able to fix your own problems shows an incredible lack of understanding within your own technology and training.
