why did i get a microsoft surface se laptop without the microsoft store and i dont have a way to get it please help i dont have any of the apps i need to get it back please help.

Unfortunately, you can't download and install it manually on your version of Windows SE. You will need to do a Clean Install of Windows either Home or Pro to get the Microsoft Store app. This will require you to have a separate Windows license to continue using it.
