So basically the gmail account is <Email removed for privacy> and she didn't enter for a month and suddenly today she tried to logged in and it showed that the account is blocked but she didnt do anything wrong or cheat,i hardly believe its a mistake and i just want to know the reasons and plz check if the banned is done mistakenly and now she cant retrieve her old points
And i hope u would send a reply soon and im waiting for that

Same thing happened to me but it says Under review

I'm afraid that if the account is banned no one here would be able to help. Your sister would need to log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to check and file a case review if available. If your sister is underage then the parent account would need to do that.
