my pen is glitching.

receently my lenovo pen has been glitching when i try to draw with it. when i go to draw curves, it will make jagged lines instead. i have:

changed the battery

changed the pen

bought a new pen

uninstalled and reinstalled the device

updated the device

rrestarted my laptop several times

changed the tip

and several other things and nothing has fixed it. this has to be a computer issue at this point. how do i fix this? there are no updates to be installed on both the pen and the computer. i dont know what to do, this has lasted for two weeks now.
