How to allow users to amend their own details within Org Explorer

I have a user wanting to utilise the Org Explorer within teams/outlook.

Users either have no details in there, or have the wrong direct reports etc. User is wanting to know if they can amend these details themselves, but I cannot find a way to enable them to do this.
The only way I've found to amend the details is within AD itself.

We run On-Prem AD sync with Office365.

Any ideas would be great,

    Hi @Carl Jones

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, looks like you want to allow users to edit the information themself.

Can you please check if you the users can update their information via Outlook > Org Explorer > Update your profile.

Additionally, I've done some research and there is no direct way to let users change their information for On-Prem environment.

And giving users permissions to edit the information is also not recommended. This can cause some unintentional risks.

    I hope this information helps.

Please feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
