Problemas ao ativar apps do Office da Microsoft no MacBook Air Sequoia 15.5 com conta de estudante

Fatos:

Minha conta é estudante, mas nao ´´ ´e Education. Eu pago mensalmente.
Eu tento entrar fazendo o login no suporte guiado, mas meu email da conta não é reconhecido.

Se entro na minha conta microsoft fazendo login por outro link e vou em dispositivos, só há um dispositivo sem possibilidade de adicionar outro. Por que? Desejo adicionar meu mac.
No mac para ativar a conta microsoft, abre-se uma caixa de diálogo em que devemos clicar em microsoft exchange e então ele pede as credenciais do outlook. A conta estudante associada à minha conta da microsoft é do gmail infelizmente porque é o gmail institucional que me permitiu ter conta estudante. Esse é o problema porque não consigo ativar meus aplicativos do office? Ou é por que não consigo adicionar meu dispositivo na conta microsoft?

Additionally, I conducted a test and found that when using a Microsoft business account, access to the personal portal page at login.live.com is restricted. This behavior aligns with the image you provided.

Therefore, I suggest that you should check that your email address can access to the portal for business account (also known as work or school account) via: portal.office.com

If it redirects to a university login page or asks for organization credentials, it’s a business account

Certo. É sim, mas desconfio que as configurações da minha conta estão impedindo a adição de um dispositivo extra na conta. Em login da conta/dispositivo não há nenhum ícone que eu possa clicar para adicionar dispositivo. Não, eu não tenho mais de 5 dispositivos cadastrados. Isso seria da conta pessoal estudante? Não lembro dessa restrição no contrato. Não me lembro do contrato.

Eu desconfio também que essa configuração de conta comercial (será que está configurado como Microsoft Education?) pode esta me impedindo de ativar meus apps do office no meu computador. Ou estou errada?
