Why is Text Replacement Gone? (Outlook for Mac - June 2025 Update)

I am having a very frustrating issue with the new update for Outlook for Mac. I routinely use "CMD + F" to find text in an email draft and replace it with something. I do this dozens of times/day. Today, the replace button is gone and all I can do is find text. This is a huge, huge deal. Where did this go? Is there a workaround? I really cannot overstate how frustrating this is and cannot for the life of me figure out why such an essential function would just go away. Please help.

This is a complete blocker -- no replace, Outlook can no longer be my email client. Seriously, this is crazy bad.

My top use case is pasting item from Excel, Notion, or source code and replacing items I do not need such as markup text (like todo boxes [ ]), variables in source code that reveal too much, or some client names.
