    Hi @Ali,

Thank you for contacting Q&A Forum. I would like to provide my findings and proposed solution:

Global Secure Access requires the Internet Access License, which is available as part of the Microsoft Entra Suite license or as a standalone license. Additionally, it also requires either a Microsoft Entra ID P1 or Microsoft Entra ID P2 license.

Since Global Secure Access is not included solely in Microsoft Entra ID P1 and P2, internet access remains disabled unless the appropriate Internet Access License is assigned.

You can review the official licensing details here for more information on the requirements (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/global-secure-access/overview-what-is-global-secure-access#licensing-overview).

Kindly let me know if this work for you and please let me know if you have any further question.

If I have answered your question, please accept this as answer as a token of appreciation and don't forget to thumb up for "Was it helpful"!

    Best regards,
    Eric
