Global Administrator No Edit or Delete option on custom authentication strengths

I am a global administrator on the Entra Tenant I own. I created a Custom Authentication Strength and I want to change it's settings, but the Azure portal provides no means for doing so. I can't even delete it and create a new one. Why does Copilot say that it is possible to do this when clearly it is not.

As long as the Authentication strength you created is not currently assigned to any Conditional Access policies, you can remove it by clicking the ... button (the last column on your first screenshot), then selecting Delete. User's image

Your second screenshot shows the "view" pane, you will not find the options to update and/or delete the Authentication strength therein.
