I am from Vietnam and want to create an Azure account as a student and seems to be eligible. However, I can't even create an account with the 'pay-as-you-go' option. I can't find a dedicated support chat section so I'm asking here. Thank you!

    Hi Kiet Vuong Gia

To create an Azure account as a student, we recommend joining the Azure for Students program. This program offers free access to a range of Azure services and resources without requiring a credit card, which is ideal for students just getting started with cloud services.

If you're encountering issues with the 'Pay-As-You-Go' option, please double-check that all the information you've provided is accurate, including your billing details and identity verification. Also, ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria for that specific account type.

To access the Azure for Students:

Visit the Azure for Students page.
    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students/

Sign up using your valid academic institution email address.

Follow the steps to verify your student status.

If you're still having trouble, it might be due to regional restrictions or specific institutional limitations, so we suggest checking those as well.
