Cannot Install Office 2024 on Computer - PLEASE HELP

I have spent hours trying to install office 2024 Professional Plus as I need this for school. I had office 2016 on the computer and deleted it off so that I could upgrade to have Access for a class that I am taking. I tried the uninstall tool and it says there is no installation of office on the computer. I turned off all the antivirus/ firewall. I allowed all popups on the website. Upgraded to Windows 11 and still no luck.

I have the .iso file and run the install as administrator and the install continually freezes at 18%.

When I try to add the Product Key to my Office.com profile and if I click 32-bit or 64-bit both direct me to a page that says the following.

"Service Unavailable

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

Please try again later."

I have been struggling with this for several days now and am getting no where.

PLEASE HELP!
