I can't access the laboratory to create the first Copilot.

I'm trying to create my first Copilot, but when I tried to log in, the system says that I need a professional or student account. Why? I signed up for the challenge with my personal Outlook account, and nowhere does it say that I need a professional or student account to complete the challenge.
