No puedo solicitar un reembolso

Mi cuenta pasó a ser una cuenta de pago pues no usé los recursos y se me hizo un cobro de 144 dólares. Y cuando quiero solicitar el reembolso, me indica que no encuentra transacciones aptas.

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
