Connections News Feed and Resources not displaying the same content in Desktop and Mobile

Hello, we're using the new Viva Connections experience. We do not have a home site selected, and instead are pulling in news to Connections from various Sharepoint Sites in our environment. Here's the issues we're having:
The Feed in Mobile Teams is showing news. The Desktop Feed shows a news post for an hour or two and then it disappears. No idea why, and don't understand why it's not mirroring the Mobile Feed.
We have links setup in the Resources Tab. Opposite to what's happening with the Feed - The Desktop Connections view displays Resources, but the mobile resources tab does not.
Can anyone help me determine why we'd be experiencing this variance in Desktop vs Mobile? I don't see any place in Connections where the Mobile vs Desktop view would be setup differently in terms of what to display.
