- What is your account type? Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 account?
- I don't know how to tell the difference. The web address is outlook.office.com so I am guessing the former

Categories no longer able to be "managed" in outlook for the web

For over a week now, when I am in my email in Outlook for the web and go to manage (edit) my categories, the box is simply blank. I can create new categories, but I can't edit anything that is existing. It just opens up a dialogue box that stays permanently blank instead of the box that used to show a list of all of my categories that I could click to edit. I have signed in and out, cleared my cache/cookies, rebooted my machine, etc.. Is this a feature that no longer works?
