For over a week now, when I am in my email in Outlook for the web and go to manage (edit) my categories, the box is simply blank. I can create new categories, but I can't edit anything that is existing. It just opens up a dialogue box that stays permanently blank instead of the box that used to show a list of all of my categories that I could click to edit. I have signed in and out, cleared my cache/cookies, rebooted my machine, etc.. Is this a feature that no longer works?

    • What is your account type? Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 account?
      • I don't know how to tell the difference. The web address is outlook.office.com so I am guessing the former
    • Do other users in the organization have the same problem?
      • I work in a very low tech organization, and as far as I know I am the only person who uses the web version as opposed to the desktop version.
    • If there is any firewall or antivirus software in the affected user's PC, temporarily disable it and check if this has any impact.
      • IT has confirmed no changes
    • If you have a security issue, connect to a different network to check for this issue.
      • I have tried this on 3 different networks over the last week, same issue
