Can't see the text in the email when meeting invitations are received

We have a customer who is experiencing problems with calendar invitations in Outlook. The problems are described in the steps below.
The customer uses a business account ([email protected]). They run a hybrid OnPremise Exchange solution.

1: Receives an invitation from a colleague - calendar text appears in the inbox, in the reading pane it is blankImage

2: If you go to the calendar and open the invitation, the text is displayed correctlyImage

3: Back to the inbox, now the text is also displayed correctly in the reading pane. It then fails on the next invitation.Image

The following have been tried:

Reinstalling Office

Repair of Office

Both parts have a temporary effect.
Checked Outlook Web (OWA): The error does not occur here

Start Outlook Classic in safemode: The error continues to occur - so addins have no influence on the matter

Tried SARA Tool: But get the error message below - There is an outlook profile attached in control panel

Result: Failed

Details: Unable to complete this scenario as Microsoft Outlook profile is missing.

We have also tried a new mail profile on the PC - same error.

In addition, several of the customer's users have the same error.

    Based on your description, I understand that the text of a calendar invitation you receive in Outlook initially appears blank in the reading pane, but displays correctly when the invitation is opened in the calendar.

    You have indeed tried the common troubleshooting methods in Outlook, if you still have trouble in solving your problem, I would like to ask you a few questions.

    1.According to your description, it works fine on OWA, reinstall Outlook and the problem goes away, I suspect that there is something wrong with the configuration of your device, please test it by logging into your account on a different device, does the same problem occur?

    2.Are the “several of the customer's users” you mentioned receiving conference invitations from the same person?

    Hello Alex.

    No updates yet. I've ask the customer to try from another pc to find out if the problem exist there.
    About question number 2. They are recieving invitations from many different users.
