Try Clear related data from Credential Manager.

then create New Outlook Profile and setup account on New Profile.

    Hello, @Jorginho,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

Based on your description, I understand that you got pop-ups for multiple times while using outlook asking you to fill in your username and password, even though you have already filled in this information.

I would like to suggest that you perform the following steps to confirm if it is caused by an incorrect password cached in the credential store:

1.Type the words credential manager in the search box in your computer to open the Credential Manager.

2.Under the Generic Credentials, delete the entries which contain Outlook in its name, you can even delete all the entries if you like.

3.Create a new Outlook profile according to Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support.

4.Close the Credential Manager and restart your Outlook. It will ask for the credential of your account, just type the password in and check the option Remember the Password in the sign in page.

If the issue persists after the steps above, please try to repair your Office package as below steps show:

1.Right-click on the Windows button (button left-corner) > Control Panel.

2.From Control Panel navigate to Programs and /or Programs and Features and right-click on your Office installation.

3.Click on Change and then select the Online Repair option.

    4.Restart the computer.

With the above methods, you should be able to solve the problem of repeated pop-up login windows. If you have any other questions, I look forward to getting your reply.
