I missed the renewal link for Azure Grant. How to renew now? Can I deduct past bills?

Hi! I missed the link for renewal of the Azure Grant for my nonprofit. I can't seem to find a way to activate it now, and also I would like to know if there's any way to deduct past invoices?

Please walk through the below steps:
1.Sign in to the Nonprofit hub.
2.Confirm that your status as a nonprofit is Approved.
3.Select Azure Grant from the available tiles.
4.If you're able to renew, an option to Renew now under Step 1 displays. Select Renew now.
5. A loading screen displays If your renewal is successful, a confirmation message displaysReference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/nonprofit/renew
