Key Id for bit locker has changed and does not match the BitLocker Key stored in my microsoft account
I had to reinstall a computer and saved document files to a ssd disk using Acronis. The data was able to be retrieved using the bitlocker key located in the Microsoft Account. The power then surged the computer and corrupted the hard drive (the ssd drive was not attached during this process) so i had to reinstall again the Windows operating system. The second time I tried to access the ssd drive the KeyID has changed and does not match anything in my Microsoft account and also the previous BitLockerKey used not not work either.
I just need to retrieve my data please and help is required
I actually just realised I need HELP IMMEDIATELY Microsoft. the disk has my Accounting Program on it an I cannot pay the wages today. Please assist as your telephone does not work either - it directs me to here

In my experience, after a major hardware change or a hardware corrupted, BitLocker may change its keys or lock out suddenly, in which case the only solution is to upgrade or reinstall the system.

Thanks Hania. I have actually reinstalled the OS and then the ssd which was housing the backedup data (an old ssd that has BitLocker encryption) will not release the data. If I format that I will lose all my files that was stored for safety sake whilst reinstalling the OS on my PC.
I was able to view the data using a BitLocker Key - that was copied and pasted from Microsoft account. Then everything went belly up after that
I just need to access that drive with a BitLocker key - we are looking at 10 years of data inaccessible at the present moment, which is stressful to say the least
I have ascertained that this ssd BitLocker key was previously stored in a Microsoft account that had Gmail in its name.
Resinstalling the OS Microsoft will not allow this so it was reinstalled with a onmicrosoft.com account. Upon checking Hania's reply I can see that the original BitLocker number has been transported to the on.microsoft account.
There has been Fixed Data products listed with BitLocker keys but none of these work either.

Try unlocking BitLocker with a recovery key. Here's how:
Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
In the command line, enter the following command: manage-bde –unlock X: -RecoveryPassword YOUR-RECOVERY-KEY (Replace X: with your drive letter and YOUR-RECOVERY-KEY with your 48 characters recovery key)
Press Enter to execute the command.
Please replace E:, X: and YOUR-RECOVERY-KEY with your actual drive letter and recovery key respectively.
