How to solve this subscription spending limit issue

I tried creating a VM and then got this error message about my Azure Subscription. ( attached in the photo) Note that I'm a new user and just signed up on 4th June and everything was working fine till yesterday. I still have about 199usd free credits which I use for my learning. I'm on a free trial which is scheduled to expire in 19 days. I'm learning an Azure course on udemy and I really need to utilise it.2023-06-13_23-31-56-b3989d9fd9f48faf31f2d316052c65f5

    What's going on with this Microsoft? I have an MSDN subscription to be able to demo \ test solutions for clients, now I am stuck.

    For me , Mainly issue occurred when selected windows 2016 OS , tried with windows 2022 OS it worked well.

    Other services like recovery vault , azure backup , App services can be configured with the same visual studio subscription.

    Thanks for reporting this issue.

    This issue has been fixed as of today, as confirmed by the internal teams.

    Issue summary: Customers were receiving this error when trying to create a VM with specific images
    Error - [This virtual machine requires a subscription without any spending limit or temporary payment method set. Use a different subscription or update your subscription (requires account administrator privileges) at Account Center to continue]

    This issue has been resolved. Customers should be able to create Windows Server, Windows 10, Windows 11 offers without seeing this error now.

    Here is the workaround until Microsoft fixes the issue. Use the template listed in this git repo and you should be able to create a VM for Visual Studio -
