My laptop GPU weaken a lot

How my laptop is so weak?

A year ago, my laptop can play Minecraft with ~50 mod with lots of Google tabs open or play Geometry Dash on LDPlayer with no lag(30-60 fps). But I don't know why now my GPU is really weak, I didn't change GPUs or CPUs, but now my laptop so weak that they can't play soft game like Diep.io or ZombsRoyale.io. When play Diep.io or ZombsRoyale.io, my laptop have GPU spike a lot, up to 100 and then back to 0 When I play MC or GD it only stable at 30-50%. How to solve this problem?

    Ok sir, first time check for all drivers updates, second time make sure the laptop is charged.

    Go in Control Panel>search power options>select ''Ultimate perfomance''
