Set up the Schedule for your Microsoft Viva Glint survey by choosing a launch date, recurrence, and response window.

Set up a survey Schedule

After completing Program Setup and Distribution sections, set up a survey's Schedule using information in the following steps and table as a guide.

1. Select your Recurring or Ad Hoc survey and select Schedule.

   Tip

   When choosing a recurrence, consider other survey programs already in place and business processes that might influence your ability to act on the outcomes of the survey in a timely, meaningful manner.

   Note

   • Viva Glint Admins can edit survey dates on a per survey basis, and surveys must be approved and enabled to send out.
   • When sending surveys in users' time zones, a 24-hour cushion is added to the survey start and close time. Learn more.

2. Select the right-facing arrow symbol to Save & Continue.
