Sample: Retrieve absolute URL and site collection URL of a location record

Demonstrates

This sample shows how to retrieve the absolute URL and the site collection URL of a SharePoint Server location record in Dynamics 365 using the RetrieveAbsoluteAndSiteCollectionUrlRequest message.
