Import German audit file configuration

This article explains how to import the German audit file electronic reporting data model and format configurations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

The following procedure was created using the demo data company DEMF with Germany as the country/region of legal entity primary address.

To import the German audit file electronic reporting data model and format configurations, follow these steps.

1. In Dynamics 365 Finance, go to Organization administration > Workspaces > Electronic reporting.
2. In the list, mark the selected row.
3. Select Set active.
4. In the list, mark the selected row.
5. Select Repositories.
6. Select Open.
7. Select Show filters.
8. Filter to find the configuration in the list. You can also search for "German audit file output" to narrow down the list of results.
9. Select Apply.
10. Select Import.
11. Select Yes.
