Комментарии

Конструктор без параметров создает новый экземпляр WebClient класса. Метод HTTP по умолчанию — GET. Метод FTP по умолчанию — RETR. По умолчанию Encoding является Default. Значение AllowAutoRedirect по умолчанию — true.
