В переносимой библиотеке Calendar классов конструктор классов недоступен, а классы, производные от Calendar не являются общедоступными. Если требуется календарь определенного типа, например объект григорианского календаря, необходимо получить его из Calendar свойства или Calendar или из массива OptionalCalendars свойств.
