Gets an object representing a ChaosTargetMetadataResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, AzureLocation, String) to create a ChaosTargetMetadataResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetChaosTargetMetadataResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
