I can't return the hacked account.

Hello, please help me, my Microsoft account has been hacked. The hacker gained unauthorized access and probably violated the rules of the service by managing an account, whose actions subsequently blocked my account. I have not committed any violations. I have already provided proof of ownership in the SIR24072155 request, but I have not received a response. I've sent a bunch of multiple requests to restore my account, and all to no avail. Please, please help, review the blocking, taking into account that the account was compromised during the violation, and restore access to the rightful owner. If you need any more information, I will be happy to provide it.
