Critical problem with access to the Microsoft account: the linked email is lost, the need to restore the Minecraft license

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am contacting you about the inability to restore access to my Microsoft account, as I have exhausted all automatic methods. I ask you to consider my case manually, as it is related to the loss of access to a paid digital product, the Minecraft game.

  1. The essence of the problem:

My main Microsoft account: registered by email: [ [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed] @gmail.com ].

The key issue: This Google address has been permanently deleted by Google itself for non-use for more than 2 years (Google policy). It is technically impossible to restore it, which is confirmed by their official responses.

Consequence: I can't get a confirmation code or go through standard recovery because the system is sending emails to a non-existent mailbox.

  1. Proof of account ownership and exceptional circumstances:

I provided the recovery system with all the data I know, but received an automatic denial of "Insufficient information". I have the following evidence, which I hope will help with the manual verification:

Linking to a trusted device: This Microsoft account was accessed from my old tablet ([Huawei MediaPad T3 10]), which I still keep and can use for additional verification.

Minecraft Purchase Information (main purpose):

Purchased through Google Play. Since this is an open community platform, I can provide personal account information only in personal correspondence with a moderator/microsoft operator

  1. My clear request:

Since the original email cannot be restored, I ask you, as an exceptional measure, to help me change the main alias (login) or add a new email address as the main one for my Microsoft account.

New email address for linking and communicating for personal correspondence: [ [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed] @gmail.com ]

I fully understand the security requirements and am ready to provide any additional confirmation for manual verification of my identity and account ownership, including:

  • Answers to security questions.
  • A scan of the identity document (upon your request).
  • Sending any photos and videos to confirm that you have logged into your Google account on your device
  • Any other data that you deem necessary.
  1. Why does this case require manual review:

This is not a standard "forgot password" situation. This is a unique case of loss of access due to the actions of another provider (Google), leading to the loss of paid digital content. An automated system designed for standard scenarios cannot process it.

    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm 
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
