I can't unblock my account for allegedly violating Skype policy.

Good afternoon. In May, like many other Microsoft users after Skype support was discontinued, my [Moderator note: PII removed]@gmail.com account was automatically blocked. I appealed and received an automatic response, claiming that Skype policy violations had been detected and my appeal was denied. I still have a paid Family subscription, but I hadn't used Skype for several years before that. I responded to the appeal and received the same automatic response. I'm prepared to provide evidence and links proving that this was a massive glitch in Microsoft's system after Skype support was discontinued, but apparently I was banned. How can I contact a human operator, not a robot, so they can review my appeal and unblock my account? Thank you in advance for your response.
