Yes, your activation key will be retained when you upgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro especially since your system shows it's activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account. That means your license is tied to your device and account, not just a product key.

You can upgrade through Windows Update (Update Center) for a smooth transition. It will keep your files, apps, and settings, and your activation will carry over automatically.

If you choose to do a clean reinstall, just make sure to sign in with the same Microsoft account during setup. Windows will detect your hardware and reapply the digital license.

у меня зарегистрирован ESU до 13.10.2026 и если я обновлюсь позже то тоже сохранится? И скажите я хочу новую материнскую плату купить ключ перенесется? И скажите до какого времени можно будет установить виндовс 10 с официального сайта? И будет ли возможность обновиться после окончание ESU или продлить ESU

Yep, you're still good to upgrade to Windows 11 even after registering for ESU just make sure your device meets the system requirements. Once you upgrade, the ESU won’t matter anymore since Windows 11 has its own updates.

If you change your motherboard, your digital license should still work as long as it’s linked to your Microsoft account. After the swap, just sign in and run the Activation Troubleshooter to reactivate Settings > System > Activation > Troubleshoot, and select “I changed hardware on this device recently.

As for downloading Windows 10, Microsoft hasn’t said when they’ll remove the ISO, but it’s safest to grab it before support ends on Oct 14, 2025

And lastly, the ESU for regular users ends on Oct 13, 2026, and unfortunately, it can’t be renewed after that.

Вы не так поняли после окончании поддержки ESU в именно в 2026 году будет возможность обновиться до 11 виндовс? Через Центр Обновления?
