Hello, when I try to send an email in Outlook (classic) 2019, the HTML file in the email displays incorrectly and CSS styles are not applied. However, when I send an email in the web version of Outlook, all CSS styles are applied successfully. Could you please tell me what I can do to ensure the HTML file displays correctly in the desktop version of Outlook?

Please check if you chose the correct format (HTML) in File > Option > Mail > Compose Messages.Пользовательское изображение

If you already got the correct format, your Outlook desktop might have some issue.

    You can try:

Please try and let me know if it works for you, if not, we can figure out another approach.

Additionally, Outlook Web uses different render engine compared to Outlook 2019 (using Word).

    So, sometimes it might break.
