Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I am the Systems Supervisor at a hotel. My name is Maten. Until December 2024, our hotel was part of the Marriott International network. During that time, we purchased Microsoft licenses through Marriott’s approved vendor, Insight, in accordance with their internal policy.
After exiting the Marriott network, we retained all the necessary documentation confirming our rights to these licenses, including a signed Perpetual License Transfer Form and a Microsoft License Transfer (MLT) document.
I have already contacted both Marriott and Insight, and they confirmed that the only way to obtain our license keys now is directly through Microsoft.
I also attempted to call the numbers listed on this website(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/licensing/existing-customer/activation-centers): the Kazakhstan number does not work, and when I called the numbers for the USA, Canada, and the UK, I was only connected to automated systems and was unable to reach a live operator.
Could you please advise what steps we need to take in order to access our licenses? I am ready to provide all supporting documents — please let me know where to send them and how to proceed further.
Who at Microsoft can I escalate this matter to? I have already reached out to all possible parties, but unfortunately, I still cannot regain access to our licenses.
