Hi,
It seems auto suggest is currently disabled. To fix this, check if App Launch Tracking is turned on as this controls whether the Run dialog remembers your past commands.
To enable it, go to Settings > Privacy > General, then turn on "Let Windows track app launches to improve Start and search results."
Once enabled, your commands should start showing up in the dropdown list again. Keep in mind that turning this setting off will also clear any existing history.
