Unfortunately, your solution does not work.
I have cleared the cache, but it's all in vain.
ssue occurs on all computers where I tried to connect via OneDrive.
ted it with simple test files.
n created a new Microsoft account and tried testing with basic files — nothing works.
I believe this is not related to cache or cookies at all.
I opened Excel Online files directly in the browser and tried different browsers — no success.
It’s strange that several users are experiencing this issue simultaneously.
I suspect there is a problem on Microsoft’s side. We probably need to contact Microsoft Technical Support.
Please help, if possible.
