Hi, I’m completely stuck and support hasn’t helped. My Outlook says I’m using 102.5GB out of 5GB. I deleted over 100GB of data and emptied all folders including Deleted and Junk. I also bought a Microsoft 365 subscription to raise my storage limit to 100GB.

The “Storage Management” page correctly shows that I’ve freed up space and have an active subscription, but the main Outlook interface still says I’m over the limit. I can’t send/receive emails. I tried everything — cache clear, signing out everywhere, different browsers — nothing works. Support requires email access, which I don’t have. Please help.

Outlook address (affected): [******@hotmail.com]

    Hi,

Double-check, despite you insisting that the Storage Management page displays the correct quota, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services.Ensure that the Microsoft 365 subscription reads as active in the correct Microsoft account. Next, go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/general/storage. Check to see if it now says 100GB total, or something similar. If this still shows 5GB total, then the subscription has yet to be applied to your Outlook.com storage (even if it's already active for other services like Word/Excel). You may need to wait upto 48 hrs for the update to take effect. Would you please confirm when did you do the update?
