I’m reaching out again regarding missing Excel files in my OneDrive account (r*removed PII*******@gmail.com). The files are:

I am the owner of these files. They were visible and working properly before, but now:

• They are completely missing from my OneDrive on my main device,
• They do not appear in the file list or via search,
• They are not in the Recycle Bin,
• On another computer where these files were previously shared, I can see them listed in "Recent", but trying to open them gives the error:
  "Sorry, an error has occurred."

I have already followed all your support steps:

• Checked the OneDrive Recycle Bin,
• Tried to access the second-stage recycle bin (not available on my plan),
• Used search,
• Checked the version history (not available because the files won’t open),
• Cleared cache, cookies, used incognito mode and different browsers,
• Attempted to use the “Restore your OneDrive” option – but instead of restoring, it only links to a help article and never shows the actual restore interface.

I’m using Microsoft 365 Family and signed into the correct account. I urgently need access to these files as they contain critical business data.

I kindly request that you escalate this case and manually recover the files from OneDrive’s cloud archive, as none of the self-service tools work in my situation.
