I'm having trouble accessing my Microsoft For Startups Hub

I was enrolled in the Microsoft for Startups program and had an active sponsorship subscription. However, by mistake, when adding Azure services, I used my personal subscription instead of the sponsored one.

As a result, Azure tried to charge my personal card for those resources. Since there were no funds, the payment failed. After this failed payment, Microsoft canceled not only my personal subscription but also my Startups sponsorship subscription entirely.

Now, when I log in, I see that both subscriptions are listed as Canceled. I have lost access to the entire sponsored credit and my Azure resources.

This is the core of the problem: I want to restore my Microsoft for Startups sponsored subscription.
