Request to Unlock Azure Subscription on a Different Account (Suspicious Activity)
I am contacting you regarding two interrelated issues with the subscription associated with a different account (Azure subscription 1, ID: 4b76982e-413f-4098-87a9-bbcd971343a1).
First, when attempting to update the support plan, I receive the following message: "We cannot update or change your support plan because the subscription 4b76982e-413f-4098-87a9-bbcd971343a1 is disabled. Please try using another active subscription or reactivate your subscription and try again."
Second, the system notifies me that suspicious activity has been detected in the subscription, and as a result, it has been disabled to protect the account: "Suspicious activity has been detected in this subscription. In order to protect your account, the subscription has been disabled. For resolution of this issue, please contact Azure support."
These messages indicate that the subscription on a different account has been locked due to suspicious activity, which prevents updating the support plan and normal use of services. I kindly request that you investigate the issue, restore the functionality of the subscription, and provide assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this request.
