"Support request admin" role is not included / exists for Global Admin on partner.microsoft.com
Hi, I have created an account on partner.microsoft.com to publish app in windows store. However, I faced problem and created support request ticket. BUT after that I can't see my request details, I always see message "There was a problem retrieving the support request details. I see an actual details for a sec and then I see this error message.
Then I tried to login as my Entra ID admin so I have Global Admin role, but I can't access my organization support request, I also added Global Admin for newly created organization account and still can't view my organization support requests.
So okay, maybe Global Admin does not imply "Support Request Admin" role (which is described in the Learn more section). But inside Entra ID there is no such role at all!
I tried to add "Service Support Administrator" but no luck, can't view my organization request with the same message, can't open my personal requests due to error. I paid for a developer subscription, but I can't even get help when I have a problem. This service seems to be completely broken.
P.S. I googled a lot but no any useful information.
